We are Jesse and Kaci! We have a huge passion for serving others as well as health and wellness. We also have big love and respect for the power of nature. Through our own personal journeys to find a place of balance and wellness we have learned so many things. Allow us to help you on your journey.

With a certification in Breathwork, Yoga  a vast knowledge of the art of Meditation, light, sound healing, Body work, and Grounding we can help others learn to deal with day to day stress and heal naturally.

Jesse is an Army Veteran who enjoys woodworking and being outdoors. Kaci is a photographer, artist and all around crafty chick. We have 3 adorable(and crazy) dogs as well as 2 beautiful grown daughters that live in other states.

Located in Branford, Florida we have a beautiful homestead(The Sun Cottage) nestled in the woods. We have created a welcoming, natural space with really great vibes! We welcome you to come and see what its all about!
